Beck has signed a new deal with Liverpool before joining Derby on loan. He becomes the club's sixth loan signing of the summer and is eager to get started.
"I want to play games and stay injury-free," Beck said. "I'll set myself personal goals and work towards them. I'm also looking forward to helping the team achieve their goals."
Beck has a good relationship with Derby's manager, John Eustace, who he previously worked with at Bolton Wanderers. Beck enjoyed playing under Eustace and feels he can get even more out of him this season.
"The gaffer got the best out of me last year, and I'm sure he can do it again this season," Beck said. "It's my job and the coach's job to make sure every player improves and is competitive on the pitch."
Beck made his Liverpool debut in 2021 and has now followed in the footsteps of several other talents who have made the loan move from Anfield to Derby.
