Since Frank replaced Ange Postecoglou over the summer, Vicario has noticed a significant improvement in the team's performance.

Tottenham recently won their Champions League match against Villarreal, and Vicario was pleased with the outcome.

"It was a good performance by everyone," Vicario said. "We were able to keep a clean sheet, which was important to me. The level of competition in the Champions League is high, and we knew Villarreal would be a tough opponent."

Vicario credits Frank for helping the team understand when to push forward with intensity and when to defend more cautiously.

"We've become more aware of the different phases of the game," Vicario explained. "We know when to press high and when to cover the field better. This has made our defense stronger, and we're happy with the result."

Vicario also believes that winning the Europa League has changed the team's mindset.

"Winning the Europa League has given us a new level of confidence," Vicario said. "It's freed us from the pressure of always being in the final but never winning. We're now more aware of our strengths and have set new goals for ourselves."
