Suker believes that Modric's talent is a key factor in the success of both the Croatian and Spanish national teams. He hopes that Modric will continue to perform well and bring excitement to the sport until the 2026 World Cup.
As a FIFA ambassador, Suker also shared his thoughts on the Club World Cup. He noted that all participating teams showed quality, but European teams still have an advantage in terms of physical and tactical strength.
Suker pointed out that while Brazilian and Argentine teams shone technically, the semi-finals of the tournament highlighted the superiority of European teams, with three out of four teams being European.
