Tottenham Hotspur is preparing to finalize a deal for the departure of their captain, Heung-min Son. The South Korean international announced on Saturday that he will be leaving the team after their friendly match against Newcastle United in Seoul on Sunday.
The club is now in advanced discussions with Los Angeles FC to agree on a fee for Son's transfer. According to sources, Tottenham is expecting to sell Son to LAFC for approximately £15 million this week.
Son, who is currently 33 years old, is reportedly ready to make the move to Los Angeles and is waiting for the two clubs to reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
