In the past, Brentford rejected a £25m offer from Newcastle United for Wissa. However, the club's stance has now changed.

According to a transfer expert, Brentford is willing to part ways with Wissa, but only after finding a suitable replacement.

This means that Wissa will be allowed to leave the club when a new player is brought in to fill the gap.
