The Denmark wing-back scored in the 4-1 victory on Wednesday in Chicago.
"It felt good to help the team with my goal," Dorgu said.
"We worked together to get the win, and we're improving with each game. We look forward to the season ahead."
Dorgu also appreciated the support of the fans, who braved the challenging weather conditions to cheer the team on.
"It was great to see the fans still there, and we gave them a good performance," he said.
He also mentioned that the preseason is helping the team understand Ruben Amorim's ideas better.
"With more training, we'll grow into his vision, and it's already showing on the pitch," Dorgu explained.
Regarding teammate Rasmus Hojlund's goal, Dorgu expressed his support and hopes for more goals from the player.
"Every game is a chance to improve and be ready for the next challenge," Dorgu said.
