Mbeumo was unveiled on Monday evening and joined his first training session the next morning. He is now part of the team that is in America for the Premier League Summer Series. They will play against West Ham, Bournemouth, and Everton in the coming days.

Before the training session, Amorim gathered the entire squad and led a round of applause to welcome Mbeumo. The same warm welcome was given to two other new players, Cunha and Diego Leon, who joined the team from Cerro Porteno this summer.

Mbeumo scored 20 Premier League goals for Brentford last season and will make his first appearance for Manchester United this weekend against West Ham United at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The warm welcome from his new teammates should make him feel comfortable and excited about his new chapter with the team.
