Marinakis prefers the idea of selling Gibbs-White to City over Tottenham, despite Tottenham having already met the £60m buyout clause.

This comes after Forest reported Tottenham to the Premier League for an "illegal approach" to Gibbs-White.

Marinakis would be more satisfied if Gibbs-White joined City, wearing the Sky Blue jersey instead of Tottenham's Lilywhite kit.

Notably, Forest are also interested in signing James McAtee from City, which could lead to a potential cash-plus-swap deal.
