He recently made his third Premier League appearance against Burnley, but remains goalless under manager Ruben Amorim. However, Sesko believes that he is making progress behind the scenes, which will help him make a greater impact in the coming weeks.
Sesko acknowledged the challenges of adapting to English football, saying that the level of competition and his teammates are much higher than what he experienced in the past. Nevertheless, he is excited about the future and feels that he is improving with each training session.
“I'm looking forward to the coming period, as I'm getting better and faster in every training session. I'm also progressing in my football mentality every day,” Sesko said.
With injuries to Matheus Cunha and Mason Mount, Sesko could be given a full Premier League debut after the international break against Manchester City. Despite not scoring against City in his previous meetings with RB Leipzig, Sesko is eager to make his mark on the pitch.
